The global pandemic has taught us all the power of collaboration, flexibility and resilience. This has undoubtedly altered our ways of working as we’ve adapted to the pressures placed on us all.

A legacy of COVID-19 should be that great customer service really matters and makes a difference; we certainly think it does!

• Can your meeting be achieved via video call? I think we all understand the benefits of a Teams/Zoom call.
• However, we are very happy to welcome visitors to site, and of course in many cases, a face-to-face meeting is the best option.
• Please ensure your visit to our site is pre-arranged, regretfully we will not allow unannounced visitors.
• Visitor parking for two cars is available opposite our main reception.
• When you arrive at site, please sign in at reception.
• Hand sanitiser is freely available, and as part of general good practice, we would ask you to hand sanitise on arrival.
• Whilst we have all learned to now live with COVID, if you develop any symptoms during the 5 days after your meeting, please do advise us so that we may take the necessary action.
• If you are an international visitor and would like any advice on travel arrangements and reaching Bicester. please do ask for assistance.
